DMX has officially joined Bad Boy Entertainment's Family Reunion Tour. Puff Daddy made the new addition to his lineup official late last week (Sept. 16) on Twitter with a dope backstage video featuring X.

“I’m grateful to be a part of it and grateful to be as successful as I’ve been,” said DMX in the black-and-white visual. “I’m blessed to be a part of something that clearly is an epic tour. It’s clearly something that going to be historic...that is historical.”

X has been a frequent guest star on the tour although never officially named on the bill. X made his first appearance on the tour when Bad Boy took over Barclays Center in May for the second night. He commanded the arena stage while his shocked audience did most of the work for him, screaming the choruses to “X Gon’ Give It to Ya” and “Party Up” as if it were still 1999. Judging from the video of the Mount Vernon-hailing rapper leading the pre-show prayer backstage at the Chicago show, X is already part of the family.

Other special guest stars who've made an appearance on this tour include Kanye West, Fabolous and Chance The Rapper. The 25-city summer tour was first announced back in May soon after Bad Boy Reunion show in Brooklyn sold out on Live Nation in seven minutes. Featuring '90s powerhouse acts like Lil Kim, Faith Evans, Total and 112, the tour is to commemorate 20 successful years of Bad Boy Entertainment. Check out the remaining show dates below and if you've got tickets to any of the shows on the list, be prepared for a lengthened set from Dark Man X.
