Don’t miss the Easter Egg Hunt this Saturday in Lake Charles. It will happen at the MLK Center at 2009 North Simmons Street. DJ Terry Love will be handling the sounds for the event being organized by Chante Rankins who continues to do great things in the community. The event is open for kids and grandkids and it is absolutely free.

There will be train rides, sno-cones, face painting, BBQ, nachos, burgers, and much more, including the Easter Bunny. There will also be free baskets on a first-come, first-served basis. The event is going on from 11:00am-3:00pm. This is a family-friendly event and CDC guidelines are still in place.

Make sure to spread the word and bring the kids out for a great time and plenty of fun. If you would like more information, all you have to do is reach out to Chante Rankins on Facebook for all of the details. She is also looking for volunteers for the event, if you’re available.
