Yesterday I got the chance to talk with Fantasia during the afternoon jumpoff. I remember talking with her several years ago when she first won American Idol and she was just getting started in the music game with her first album.

She called in yesterday to talk about her music and the big show that is going on this weekend inside The Beaumont Civic Center along with El Debarge and Tucka. As always her conversation is friendly and she was more then pleased to talk about the new direction of her music and what else she had to offer. She is going to be around for awhile and it's always a pleasure talking with her. How many artist can actually say that they remember a dj that they did an interview with over 10 years ago.
