Kile Glover was vacationing with his father Ryan at a Georgia park.  At the time of the accident, Kile was being pulled on a inner tube by another vehicle, when family friend, Jeffrey Hubbard accidentally ran over him on a jet ski.  The youngster was unresponsive when he was pulled from the water. His brain injuries were so severe; he never regained consciousness, and passed away a few days later.  Hubbard was arrested last March for Kiles death and recently found guilty on all charges in the case.

Of the guilty verdict, Kiles mother Tmaeka Foster said, "At the end of the day, I know he didn’t do it on purpose."  The Atlanta Journal-Constitution reports Tameka created a charity organization for children in memory of her son, Kile's World Foundation, and has a 5K run/walk planned on Kile’s birthday, March 29th in Atlanta.

In other news, R. Kelly isn’t the only high profile celeb dealing with baby mama blues and child support issues.  It’s being reported that Ludacris has falling thousands of dollars behind on his support payments as well.

The rapper/actor was in court Wednesday (Feb. 19) claiming he’s having problems keeping up with his payments because he’s kinda out of work.  The rapper is in bitter battle with his 2-month old daughters mother Tamika Fuller.  According to reports Luda is supposed to pay $15,000 a month in child support, but he says he can only afford  $1,800 a month because his total income for 2013 was about $55,000.  To make matters worse, his next movie project, ‘Fast and Furious 7,’ has been delayed due to Paul Walker’s untimely death.

The judge over his case had a little sympathy for Luda and cut give him some slack. Listen to Tha Wire below and find out how much.
