‘The Fresh Prince’ Lives in Alfonso Ribeiro’s Cast Reunion Photo

Will Smith may look a bit more like Uncle Phil than the Fresh Prince these days, but put the cast together, and you wouldn’t think any time passed at all. See for yourself, as Alfonso Ribeiro shares a look at near of the entire reunited cast, looking Fresh as ever.

Some twenty-odd years after The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air finished its run on NBC, Ribeiro gathered with his former cast for a new Instagram photo, featuring the likes of Banks family members Tatyana Ali (Ashley), Karyn Parsons (Hilary), Will Smith (Will), Daphne Maxwell Reid (Vivian the second) and Joseph Marcell (Geoffrey). Ribeiro also noted star James Avery’s absence in the caption, as the Banks family patriarch passed away of open-heart surgery complications in 2013.

Always amazing to spend an afternoon with my Fresh Prince family. Wishing that James Avery was still with us to make this complete.

All that said, don’t crank up the rumor mill for a Fresh Prince revival just yet, as Smith himself said in 2016 he’d entertain the idea “Pretty close to when hell freezes over. Pretty close, like ‘we’re going to leave that one alone.’”
