A good samaritan was shot and killed at a Waffle House in Gainesville, Florida over the weekend while giving away $20 bills to pay for patrons' food. The entire altercation was caught on surveillance video.

According to ABC News, Ezekiel Hicks, 25, was arrested in the parking lot and charged with murder on Sunday, April 7, for the death of Craig Brewer, 41. According to reports, Brewer and Hicks were involved in an argument after a female "acquaintance" of the suspect was angered when Brewer didn't pay for her food as well.

Hicks went to his car and retrieved a 9mm pistol and returned to the restaurant where he fired multiple shots at the victim's head, killing him on the scene, said the Alachua County Sheriff's Office.
