Dr. Dre had his attorney send the website a cease and desist letter demanding that the “scandalous, false accusations” be removed or the site could be facing a lawsuit.  Now the gossip site is responding to Dre’s threat and I don’t think the super producer is going to like what they had to say.

The Dirty’s representative David Gingras replied with a letter of his own.  In the beginning Gingras starts by saying how he’s a major Dre fan, but after that the letter quickly goes downhill.  From there Gingras’ started talking about famous people who lied to cover up mistakes that became public comparing the Dre’s situation to the Bill Clinton/Monica scandal and Lance Armstrong lying about using steroids.

Long story short Gingras pointed out that nor its owner Nik Richie are responsible for the articles because they were posted by users. He even cites a 2012 case where the site won a similar lawsuit. For more details here's a look at the entire letter.

In other news, the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department are saying speed played a role in the one-car accident that killed beloved Fast and the Furious actor Paul Walker, best known for his role as Brian O'Conner.  The tragic crash took place in Southern California on Saturday Walker was only 40-years old.

According to authorities the actor was a passenger in the red 2005 Porsche Carrera GT that was driven by his friend 38-year old Roger Rodas, who incidentally owned Always Evolving, an auto dealership and racing services company.  Apparently the car crashed into a utility pole and burst into flames in the city of Santa Clarita on Saturday afternoon, why is question.

Deputy Mark Pope said the accident was under investigation and at press time said he didn’t know how fast the car was going.

Ironically after a brief holiday break the cast of 'Fast and Furious 7' was scheduled to continue filming today. Listen to Tha Wire below and find out what's going to happen with the movie.
