While it's generally a holiday for many around the world, I am actually working today. But this is truly fun for me. I literally have the office to myself, and I can turn the music up as loud as I want to. I wanted to take this moment to wish a Happy Good Friday to all of my listeners and I hope you have a wonderful day today. I am sure there are crawfish boils all over the city. I am patiently awaiting an invite from one of you cool people.

We have so much to be appreciative of. While we are taking it one day at a time from the hurricanes and trying to rebuild, the fact that we are still alive means we have another day to work on what we didn't finish yesterday. I am truly thankful and appreciative for all of you listening. It is because of you that I have the number one afternoon show and that 107 Jamz is the number one station in the city of Lake Charles for Hip Hop and R&B.

While we still need to continue practicing the CDC guidelines, I hope that if you decide to spend time with a few of your loved ones, you enjoy it. Keep in mind the coronavirus has not gone and unfortunately, the cases have risen some here in the area. We can't allow fear to overtake us. We just have to be careful with how we do things. So get you some crawfish today and throw in a some of corn and a couple of potatoes for me.
