Well here it is the day of all days Mother's Day. First of all I want to send out my condolences to those whose mothers have transitioned and are no longer physically here. But I want you to take the time to reflect on the great memories and the bond that you personally shared with you mom.

I want to take this  time out to wish my mother the best of days. This young lady has been through so much over her life span and is still pushing on like she is just getting started. My mother has dealt with the death of most of her closest friends, father, mother, two sons and countless other people who have been through her life at one time or another. However she continues on and through it all, she is a true trooper.

There are four sons left from the six in the beginning and I believe that I speak for all of us when I say that we love this woman and appreciate just how much she has done for all of us and our families.

While today that we nationally celebrate mothers all over the world. There is no way that appreciation and love can be given in just one day. I have so many fond memories of my mother. They may not have been funny at the time, but now that I think about it. I catch myself laughing hysterically on occasions.

So take this day to love on your mom extra hard today. I am sure she will be happy with whatever gift you decide to get her on today. Although if she is like my mother. She never ask for anything and is just happy watching her kids fellowship and bond closer.

For those whose mom is no longer here. I can't even begin to imagine how you must feel. But I send a special prayer to you and your family and want you to know that you are loved. You mom is truly proud of the individual you have grown to be and knows how much you miss them. Take this time to reflect and maybe even love on an aunt, grandmother or neighborhood mother. Of course if you are a mother allow your kids to spoil you today. Happy Mother's Day to Mrs. Georgia Thomas, my mother and all of  the mother's out there.
