Just like we do every Friday, we have compiled a list of things going on in Lake Charles and Southwest Louisiana this weekend and pass it along to you!

Mr. Bills Seafood Express located on McNeese Street in Lake Charles is having a block party on Saturday night, August 19th featuring The Bogarts Live in concert. The music will start at 8:00 pm that night.

Rick Springfield will be performing live at L'Auberge Casino Resort this Saturday, August 19th, 2023. Get ready to hear Jessie's Girl and Human Touch along with all his other hits. Rick will take the stage at 7:30 pm Saturday night.

Lake Charles and Moss Bluff will be holding a Farmers market both on Saturday, August 19th, 2023 from 8:00 am to Noon. The Lake Charles location will be by the old courthouse while the one in Moss Bluff will be on Sam Houston Jones Parkway.

Swamp Pop Sunday is this Sunday at the Blue Martini inside the Golden Nugget in Lake Charles. The music will be provided by Louisiana Express and will start at 4:00 pm and goes until 8:00 pm. It's free to enter.
