Things To Do In Lake Charles And SWLA This Weekend Dec. 16-18

It's the middle of December and we bet you are tired of working, shopping, or all things stressful. We are sure you're ready to forget about adulting and are ready to get out of the house and do something fun this weekend huh?

Well, that's where we come in! We have done a deep dive into what's going on in Lake Charles and the Southwest Louisiana area and here is a list of things to do this weekend.

Stevie B will be performing live at Coushatta Casino Resort in Kinder, Louisiana this Saturday night, December 17th.

Casey Peveto will be playing live at Koozie's Daquiris and Sports bar located at 2622 Highway 14 in Lake Charles for their big Christmas party on Friday night, December 16th from 8:00 pm to 11:00 pm.

Sulphur Dirt & Rock is located on Highway 27 South in Sulphur just past Stines on the left. They will have Santa live from 9:00 am to Noon and also a Farmer's Market on Saturday, December 17th. They will have over 40 vendors and Christmas Trees too!

Jason Ashley & Doc Wilder will headline a benefit for Eric Labit at The Frosty Factory on Common Street in Lake Charles beginning at 1:00 pm until late.

This is the first weekend that the brand-new Horseshoe Casino located in Westlake will be open. Its grand opening was this past Monday at Noon and now it's open to the public 24 hours a day. Click here to see the new casino.
