Things To Do In Lake Charles This Weekend Feb. 23-25

The weekend is finally here. has this week drug by for you? Are you looking to just forget about a long week and get out and do something fun? Well then we have just the thing for you.

Every Friday, we do the leg work for you giving you a list of things to do in Lake Charles and Southwest Louisiana. Let's get to it.

The McNeese Women's and Men's basketball teams will be in action this Saturday afternoon for a doubleheader inside the Legacy Center in Lake Charles. The women's game starts and 1:00 pm with the Men's team starting at 4:00 pm. They will take on the University of Incarnate Word.

Shane Smith & The Saints will be performing live at the Golden Nugget's Grand Event Center on Saturday at 8:00 pm.

Johnny Jimenez will be live at Chaser's Bar & Grill on Lake and Country Club Road on Friday night. He will hit the stage starting at 8:00 pm.

Doc Wilder will be live at The Terrace on the patio this Friday, February 23 from 6:30 pm to 9:00 pm. The Terrace is located inside of Lake Area Adventures in Lake Charles. On Saturday, Doc will be live at Steamboat Bills in Deridder, Louisiana from 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm.

The McNeese baseball team will be in action all weekend in Lake Charles at Joe Miller Ballpark taking on New Mexico State. Games time on Friday is at 6:00 pm, Saturday and Sunday's game times are at 1:00 pm and Monday's game will be at 11:00 am.
