As part of Kanye West's G.O.O.D. Music Show, last year Jay-Z torn the house down when he joined Ye for the South by Southwest Music Fest.  If you missed the landmark performance, I've got good news, you wont have to miss it this year.

Jay is set to return to Austin for a special live-stream concert.  The event is being called "Amex Sync Show Presenting Jay-Z" and was announced yesterday in conjunction with a new Twitter initiative for American Express cardholders.
