John Legend's New Single, Love Me Now, Skyrockets To iTunes Top 10

Today in Tha Wire, everybody's talking about the new single by John Legend, "Love Me Now." The Oscar-winning singer/songwriter rolled out the hot new track from his forth coming LP last week, and it's already cracked the Top 10 on iTunes. Legend dedicates his new song to his wife, Chrissy, and the love they've shared throughout the years. Take a listen to the track below!

Last Friday, Legend treated his fans to a live performance of the song and a Q&A on Twitter, which was a cool way to introduce his new music and drop info about his new album. Speaking of which, it's titled, Darkness & Light, and it doesn't have a release date just yet. More than likely, it'll drop before the end of the year.

Also back with new music and a new attitude is the "Queen of Hip Hop Soul", Mary J. Blige! Her new triumphant single is titled "Thick Of It". According to Billboard, the track proves just how ride-a-die Mary is, by putting her lover on notice. The DJ Camper produced joint is not only soulful, but lets everybody know Mary J is leaving the bad days behind her.

As previously reported, the songstress filled for divorce earlier this year from her husband/manager, Martin "Kendu" Isaacs, bringing an end to their 12-year marriage. She's not letting that reality slow her down. The songbird is keeping on pushin' despite her martial drama, and she's busy hooking up interviews on her Apple Music talk show, The 411, like Democratic presidential nominees Hillary Clinton, on the road with Maxwell with The King And Queen Of Hearts World Tour, plus she landed a gig on ABC's hit TV drama, How To Get Away With Murder, and has a new album on the way.

So looks like Mary is doing...Just Fine! I don't have a release date or title for her album just yet, but I will keep you in the loop. Soon as I get the details, you'll be the first to know.
