Don't look now, but it appears that Kanye West's Jesus Is King album could be dropping today after all.

On Friday afternoon (Sept. 27), Trevian Kutti, who reportedly works as one of Kanye's publicists, used her Instagram account to announce that Yeezy's new LP will be dropping tonight at 8 p.m. It is unknown if she's saying that's EST or PST.

"Breaking: Kanye West Jesus Is King will drop at 8pm," reads the message in an image Kutti uploaded to IG.

This news comes almost two days after Variety reported that Kanye's new album wouldn't be dropping today like expected. While their sources said the LP wouldn't drop today, neither 'Ye nor his wife, Kim Kardashian, ever backed away from the release date. The new LP is one that will arrive after fans had already been expecting Kanye's Yandhi album. It is unknown if these two projects are the same thing.

Kanye's Jesus Is King album was announced by Kim K on Aug. 29. For her announcement, she uploaded what appeared to be a tracklist for the LP, which Kanye eventually announced as having a Sept. 27 release date. Now, it looks as though he might make his own deadline.

XXL has reached out to Kanye's team for additional information.
