Kodak Black might be out of prison and seeking to be on a bigger and better path for his career, but his social media use might not keep him in the good graces of fans and followers for long. The "Tunnel Vision" rapper recently made controversial comments about black women on Instagram, stating that his "preference" is for light skin women.

During a recent Instagram Live stream, Kodak was asked if he likes Keke Palmer, to which he answered, “Keke Palmer, she straight. I’d bag her, but I don’t really like black girls like that, sorta kinda.”

After receiving backlash from the comments online, Kodak tried clarifying his statement, saying, "I love Black African American women its just not my forte to deal with a "darskin" woman I prefer them to have a lighter complexion than me #MyPreference #FuckYou." He later hopped back on Instagram with a video further addressing critics of his comments.

“One thing about me, dog, you ain’t just gonna be dissing me. You ain’t gonna be dissing me under my comments or none of that shit. Cause bitch, I’m gonna clap back,” Kodak says. “Hoes, niggas, whatever. I’m gonna knock your whole melon off. Don’t even comment on my shit with that fuck shit. You talking about black women. Bitch, fuck ya! I only like redbones. I love black African-Americans. But I don’t like black bitches. I like yellow hoes."

Now, Kodak has deleted his Instagram account. He responded to reports of his account deletion on Twitter, writing "I Could Take Criticism ... I Honestly Dgaf Bout Da Whole Black , Red , Chinese Thing .. Nigga Just In A Situation So Im Deactivating." Soon after, he deleted his Twitter as well.
