Lil Jon has threatened to sue a Hamptons store for selling a flask featuring the lyrics “Turn Down for What” from his 2013 hit single.

Hamptons, New York based Blue & Cream was reportedly sent a cease-and-desist letter by the platinum producers lawyers requesting that they stop selling the flasks, or enter a licensing deal where Lil Jon would profit "40 percent of future profits."

The stores owner Jeffrey Goldstein told Page Six, “The flask was inspired by the song’s party theme,” he said. “This is likely a case of a third party trying to bully us, but the right thing to do is to stop selling the flask. It was all in good fun; it wasn’t meant to cause an international incident.” Goldstein has simply opted to stop making the flask.
