With the month of May finally arriving, it means that summer is just around the corner and with that comes music for the turn of the seasons. While April was already jam-packed with epic releases, including Kendrick Lamar, Joey Bada$$ and even a surprise early drop from Wale, May is looking to be just as promising with what's on the horizon.

The fifth month of 2017 is slated to be star-studded, as we can already expect new albums from big names such as Snoop Dogg, who is gearing up to drop his Neva Left studio LP, as well as Logic, who is preparing his third album, Everybody.

One of the more anticipated albums is Lil Yachty's debut, Teenage Emotions, which is slated to make its mark later this month. The rapper's album cover is certainly a conversation starter.

Faith Evans' Biggie duet album, The King and I, should make some noise during Hot 97's Summer Jam Festival in June. The singer is set to headline the event for a tribute to her late husband.

There's also new projects expected from the likes of Kid Ink with his new EP, as well as mixtapes from Rico Nasty and Sy Ari Da Kid.

And that's not all. There's a lot in store for the month of May, so check out the gallery above to see what your ears can look forward to starting this week.
