Rapper Trae Tha Truth and cartoonist Jay Sugarman have signed on with WTF Studios to produce ten episodes of their animated series Trae.

Word has it, the new internet program will be a lot like The Adventures of Trae Tha Truth which began running on YouTube in 2008.

FYI, WhatTheFunny.com was launched by Wayans and Funny or Die co-founder Randy Adams as a comedic site tailored toward African-American, Latino and Asian markets. Trae will be the site’s first animated series.  You'll be surprised to know what actor is the executive producer for Trae, I got the details inside Tha Wire below.  In the meantime, here's a look at the trailer.

In other news, the nay sayers and haters got more to hate about as Beyonce’s self-titled album has surpassed 1 million in sales mark on iTunes.

According to the Huffington Post  the 1 millionth sale came in at 11:15AM yesterday and counting. This makes the singer the first artist to pass this mark since Taylor Swift did in 2010.

As predicted ‘Beyonce’ has the No. 1 spot on the Billboard 200 this week.  So you'll know ‘Drunk in Love’ featuring Jay Z and ‘Blow’ will be the album’s first two singles and the physical CD will be available tomorrow in stores everywhere..............except target.

Finally, preparation for next year’s FIFA World Cup in Brazil, Nike is launching a collection of Air Force 1 sneakers, or “Uptowns” as some call em, in honor of the soccer-loving host country.

The 2014 AF1 Brazil Pack comes in the classic Air Force 1, Air Force 1 Low and Nike Lunar Force 1

The Air Force 1 Brazil gets revamped for the second time with a blue translucent outsole and snakeskin print on the Swoosh and heel tab.

The Air Force 1 Low, will feature a blue translucent bottom.

Nike Lunar Force 1, comes with the Lunar technology in the midsole to give unparalleled support and reactivity.

All three kicks are featured in a white with blue, green and yellow symbolizing Brazil’s flag. While the insoles boast geometric patterns that reveal Afro, Asian and Portuguese traits. The Nike Air Force 1 Brazil collection will be in stores Dec. 21 and at Nike.com.  Here's a look.
