Laissez les bon temps rouler! Let the good times roll!  It's carnival time, Mardi Gras time and every Mardi Gras Krewe state wide is struttin' their stuff for Louisiana's biggest and most popular festivals.  Krewes and costume designer set out a year in advance to make sure they have the best floats to the flashest costumes.
