Rick Ross Appearing in Court for 2015 Kidnap & Battery Charges

According to reports, Rick Ross is appearing in a Fayette County courtroom today, March 24, to answer for his role in a kidnapping and assault case.

Ross and his bodyguard, Nadrian James, are accused of holding two groundskeepers for several hours against their will. One of the men alleges that Ross himself hit him with a pistol.

This alleged incident took place in the pool house of Rozay’s Atlanta mansion. James is also facing charges of kidnapping, aggravated assault, and aggravated battery.
