Rick Ross takes to the snowy streets of New York City and captures the cities magnificence in his latest video for "Movin Bass," from the Hood Billionaire album.

Though Jay Z is featured on the hook he doesn’t actually appear in the video, just a pic here and there, but ‘Movin Bass’ does boast cameos from rappers A$AP Ferg, Troy Ave, French Montana, Charles Hamilton, as well as members of Maybach Music Group.
