You know it's crazy times when the iconic Bayou Classic goes down in April. Over the weekend, the Southern Jaguars delivered an epic loss for the third time in a row to rivals, the Grambling Tigers.

The Jags pulled of a 49-7 victory in the in the 47th annual Bayou Classic, the biggest win for the HBCU since 1981. For the third time, the team's Quarterback Ladarius Skelton copped the game MVP creds. Skelton scored twice with seven carries and racked up 76 rushing yards.

The Jags ground game was way strong and proved to be too much for Grambling. Southern marched down the field, rushing six touchdowns on the Tigers in the first half of the game. The remainder of the game was more of the same.

It just wasn't a good day for Grambling's Elijah Walker. They didn't get on the board till the third quarter. Ironically, Southern flexed their depth and used three quarterbacks during the game. For more info and highlights, click here.
