Westlake Couple Arrested for Binding Children With Duct Tape, Biting Them In Chest
A Westlake couple is behind bars after the Calcasieu Parish Sheriff's Office said they committed incredible abuse on a 6-year-old and a 7-year-old in their own family. The two are accused of binding one of the children with duct tape and biting the other in the chest.
