Lil Wayne caused a bit of an up-roar last weekend when he went on a anti-NBA rant at Birdman's birthday party.  Weezy went in on the NBA, The Heat and Chris Bosh not to mention dubbing himself......... the new Pac.

According to reports the "Billy Bad Azz" of VH1's Basketball Wives, Tami Roman suffered a "minor" heart attack on Monday of last week!  Her publicist  confirmed that the 41 year old reality show star was admitted to Cedars-Sinai Medical Center for a medical emergency Monday night.
