One of Louisiana's favorite places to eat and two of Louisiana's favorite places to learn were represented on the recently published list by Forbes.

The video below shows a woman who apparently is seen kicking snow into the face of a cat. Now the woman says that she was protecting her dog, but we didn't see that part. Well the cat wasn't having it and decided to fight back the only way he/she knew how.
