The Original Harlem Globetrotters are coming to Lake Charles

If you have been alive for the past few years. You are pretty familiar with The Harlem Globetrotters. I remember an episode of Scooby Doo when they were featured on there. That's when I knew that they were major. There have also be various appearances from members of the team in movies and television shows. I always remembered one name Curly. He wasn't the tallest by any means but his energy and acrobatics made you remember his name.

Well get ready Lake Charles and more great events are coming to the city. The Harlem Globetrotters are coming to The Lake Charles Civic Center on August 9 at 7 pm. This is promising to be something the entire family will be able to enjoy. I remember as a kid just seeing these guys trick the other teams with their tricks and tosses that would infuriate the other guys so much that many times they would lose. This is truly something the children will remember for years to come. I'm sure there are a few adults who are also going to love the game and probably go back down memory lane of their younger years.
