B. Smyth is the newest member of the Universal/Motown family.  The R&B recording artist is an amazing singer/songwriter/dancer and believe it or not, was discovered on Youtube.

B. Smyth started getting a lot of attention on Youtube after he started posting himself singing "covers" of his favorite songs.

He no longer has to sing in front of a laptop anymore.  B.
