Troy Ave Shows Up at Trial During 6ix9ine’s Testimony

Troy Ave was an unexpected guest in the courtroom for the federal trial against 6ix9ine's former Nine Trey Gangsta Bloods associates.

According to a Page Six report published on Wednesday (Sept. 18), the Brooklyn rapper, who also has a pending criminal case against him, appeared at Manhattan's Thurgood Marshall United States Courthouse to show his support for reputed Nine Trey Gangsta Bloods member Aljermiah "Nuke" Mack, who, along with alleged fellow Trey member Anthony "Harv" Ellison, is on trial for racketeering, firearms and narcotics charges.

“He’s a good guy from what I know,” Troy said of Mack. “I know him from trying to get into the music business. I just know him as trying to change his life to doing positive stuff. I’m praying for him.”

Troy reportedly slid quietly into the back row of the courtroom midway through the proceedings and listened to about an hour of 6ix9ine’s testimony against Mack and Ellison.

Troy Ave, born Roland Collins, still has a legal case pending himself. The 33-year-old rapper was charged with second-degree attempted murder following the May 2016 shootout at New York's Irving Plaza. It’s unclear when Troy Ave’s trial is set to begin, but XXL has reached out to the New York City Supreme Court for more information.
