Ugly Weather Spells Bad News for Halloween Trick-or-Treaters

While you never REALLY know what's going to happen with Louisiana, weather, current forecasts are not looking helpful for Halloween trick-or-treaters.

The National Weather Service has been issuing severe weather and tornado warnings all morning. Meanwhile, the hourly weather forecast from The Weather Channel shows the worst chances of rain set for early Saturday evening -- right as trick-or-treat is set to begin in most communities.

The forecast as it stands now shows that as much as 4-6 inches of rain could fall today, leading to possible flash flooding situations in some part of our listening area. Please be careful today, don't drive into water that you can't see the bottom of, put your headlights on in the rain, and drive defensively.
