Usher’s Ex Files For Custody Of Her Two Sons — Tha Wire [VIDEO]

Another water-related accident struck Usher’s family yesterday.  Just last year, his step-son Kile Glover was taken off life support and died after receiving a devastating head injury in a jet ski accident. 

Yesterday almost drowned in the family pool.  According to TMZ, just after 2 pm, 5-year old Usher Raymond V dove into the pool for a toy that was stuck in a drain and became stuck himself.  Somehow the child got his arm stuck in the drain and couldn't get free.

Both his aunt and a maid tried frantically to free him, but couldn't.  Thankfully, two contractors were working in the house and heard their screams and came to little Usher’s rescue.  The child was rushed to the hospital and joined by his mother and father.  Though he is in ICU, he is expected to make a full recovery.  Thank God and we certainly wish him a speedy recovery.

Unfortunately, his parents aren't done fighting.  Last year marked the legal end to a long drawn out divorce and custody battle between Usher and his ex-wife Tameka Foster.  In April of 2012, Tameka lost full custody of her two sons and things may change if she gets her way.

Of course the LP will feature the ‘Juicy Fruit’-sampled ‘The One’ (think Biggie) and the title track  ‘Love and War. However unlike her debut ‘Tamar’ in 2000, this project won’t have any artist features.
