Video Shows Louisiana High School Teen Swinging Dogs by Leash

This video shows a high school teen swinging two dogs by a leash in what was reportedly taken in Baton Rouge. The incident is being investigated by officials. Be advised the video is graphic.

You can see the teen swinging the dogs in the air multiple times, as he then lets it go and they hit the ground letting out a loud yelp. It was hard for me to watch, and angered me not just because I'm a dog owner, but because it's just an atrocious act. Luckily, the dogs weren't seriously injured and were located and rescued by deputies with the East Baton Rouge Sheriff's Office, and later returned them to their owner.

According to KATC, the person in the video has since been identified by deputies, but a name hasn't been released because he's a minor, but his name has reportedly been submitted to the juvenile court.
