News Anchor Brenda Wood sounded off on Americans who are outraged by Coca-Cola's "Beautiful" ad.

Racism is as persistent in our country today as it was years ago, the only difference now is that there are laws in place to protect the civil rights of all men and women who reside in the United States. That does not mean that people won't be prone to feelings of disregard towards person's who are different than they are. That archaic way of thinking saddens me. As far as we've come both socially and technologically, you would think the hatred of others religion, traditions, dialect, and color of their skin would be behind us by now.
