Wendy Williams has some comments about Nicki Minaj and her purported new husband, Kenneth "Zoo" Petty.

On Tuesday (Oct. 22), Wendy discussed rumors of Nicki's new marriage during the "Hot Topics" segment of her talk show, The Wendy Williams Show. While she first showed some love and said she could totally understand why Nicki married someone she's known since before the fame, she then shifted her focus to Nicki's body and Petty's arrest record—and the commentary was not quite as nice.

“Can you imagine a burgeoning belly with these burgeoning hips? I mean, the plastic of it all!" the talk show host said. "You know what I mean? She’s gonna have a big belly and she’s short and she’s got the boobs and the hips. And I don’t know what he does for a living, I just know that he did time in jail for—he’s a sex offender. Well, she’s no stranger to that ’cause her brother’s in jail for sex offending. Well, first-degree manslaughter. Now, he served seven years in prison and he’s also a sex offender. So that means that he—is a manslaughter a killer? [Audience says yes.] Okay so, he’s a killer and a sex offender. Well Nicki, congratulations.”

As previously revealed, Petty did seven years behind bars for an April 2002 killing. According to police reports, Petty reportedly hopped out of his car in his hometown of Queens, N.Y. and shot a man three times in the stomach before leaving the scene. The victim eventually succumbed to his wounds but was able to identify Petty as the shooter before passing.

Petty was initially charged with second-degree murder but pleaded out to first-degree manslaughter and was released in 2013. As for the sex offender charge, Petty was charged with attempted rape in the first degree for a 1994 incident with a 16-year-old girl. Petty himself was 16 at the time as well and he served almost four years in prison for the case.
