Following their appearance on XXL’s 2019 Freshman cover, fellow freshmen YK Osiris and DaBaby have teamed up for a new song. On Friday (June 21), YK delivered the single “Freaky Dancer,” a certified banger featuring cool-as-ice rhymes from DaBaby.

The new collab finds the artists being straight-forward about what they want in a woman. "I like bad broads (Bad broads), freaky, bad broads (Freaky, bad broads)," YK rhymes. "Spent a hunnid on my jewelry, that's a whole yard (That's a whole yard)/I like fast cars (Skrrr!), foreign fasts cars/Money stackin' to the ceiling, ain't no cap, boy (Ain't no cap!)."

DaBaby is a bit more assertive. "If she ain't a freak, I'm straight/I ain't tryna fuck right now, bitch, wait (Ah)," the N.C. MC raps. "Don't play my shit? I'm good/Wanna fuck? Gotta download my mixtape (Yeah)/She like when I pull on her hair (Ah, ah)/I be stretchin' her, legs in the air (Ah, ah), like a wrestler."

Since releasing his breakout single hit “Worth It,” YK Osiris has been viewed as the new voice of teenage love and hip-hop. The Florida native realized at an early age that he had a voice that could touch the hearts of the urban youth.

“I knew my voice was very powerful and you can relate to it,” he said via a press release. “You be like, ‘Damn, I could feel him. I could feel his pain.’ What I went through. My veins be popping out. You can just see me and my expression.”

Now Osiris is part of an elite class of artists on the 2019 XXL Freshman cover. It can only get better from here.
