If you don't know by now, I love my job especially when I get the chance to interview people that I listen to and admire. Yesterday I got the chance to chop it up with Avant who was in the city promoting his latest single "Special". The track is from his forthcoming album "The Eighth". It should be dropping in September and from the sounds of it, he has got a winner.

I had the chance to sit down and chop it up with him and actually do a little more then the regular interview. As a matter of fact Avant himself coined the segment "The Show". Check out the first edition below as we talk music, family and more.
