The guys of Bell Biv DeVoe are back together again! The trio that spawned from New Edition are back with a new single “Run” as well as a video, and they’ve also announced a new album to come. Ricky Bell, Michael Bivins, and Ronnie DeVoe are gearing up for the release of a new album, Three Stripes, their first since the self-titled BBD in 2001.

The Erick Sermon produced “Run” samples the Notorious B.I.G.’s 1997 hit “Hypnotize” which, by the way, sampled Herb Alpert’s 1979 “Rise”.

“Run" features BBD cruising the streets in a jacked up Jeep, while Bell sings those signature vocals, backed by Bivins and DeVoe, who still lyrically pack a punch when they're rapping.

Three Stripes is scheduled for release January 27, 2017, and also look out for the New Edition biopic coming soon in a three part miniseries on BET.
