AllHipHop reports the beef between Bryan “Birdman” Williams and Lil Wayne has reached new heights this year.  As of late things have taken a darker, more violent turn.  Case in point, Young Thug's public threats, Weezy's tour buses being riddled with bullets on an Atlanta freeway and now a police investigation that uncovered a plot to have the rapper killed.

In a recent TMZ report, Birdman, Young Thug and Jimmy “PeeWee Roscoe” Winfrey are being named in a conspiracy to murder Lil Wayne.  As previously reported, news of the plot broke shortly after Thugger was arrested two weeks ago. The rapper got picked-up at his house on an outstanding warrant.  The same day U.S. Marshals took him into custody, armed with search warrants the Dunwoody & Sandy Springs police and federal agents conducted a search of his property.

Apparently during the investigation authorities found something that linked the three men together and tied them to the bus shooting.  At the same time, the guy who shot-up Waynes tour buses, Jimmy “PeeWee Roscoe” Winfrey, has been indicted for the crime.

Winfrey was arrested and being brought-up on a laundry list of charges to include everything from aggravated assault, making terrorist threats and acts, criminal damage, possession of a firearm by a felon, to criminal gang activity, reckless conduct, and discharging a weapon near the street.  He remains in custody.

Police documents state Winfrey is Young Thug’s road manager and listed as one of the many calls in his indictment, he not only talked to Young Thug before the drive-by, but called Birdman directly after.  A Cash Money associate confirmed both phones are in Birdman’s name, but said it doesn't mean anything because they're company phones and everybody uses them.

By the way prior to the shooting AllHipHop reports another call listed in the indictment was from a member of Weezy’s camp telling Birdman, Winfrey was harassing Wayne at a club earlier that night.

So long story short, the Winfrey indictment suggests the shooter pulled off the crime in conjunction with Birdman and Thug.  Interestingly enough, all three of them are also accused of being Blood gang members.

Finally, according to TMZ, Birdman sent word to Wayne he had nothing to do with the shooting and denies being part of any plot.  So far, the Cash Money mogul nor Young Thug have been charged with any crime involving the tour bus shooting.
