Birdman Selling “Stunna Island” Mansion for $20 Million
Looks as if Bryan “Birdman” Williams has grown tired of his extravagant Miami, Florida mansion dubbed “Stunna Island.” Seems the Cash Money Records boss is looking to purchase something much smaller.
According to TheRealDeal.com, he’s selling the mansion for $20 million. More than me and anyone reading this can afford. Unless, we all put together and buy it as a time share. No? I digress. The mega-mansion reportedly has a long list of amenities, including a 100 foot water front with a dock for a 100-foot yacht, a volleyball court, movie theater, chef’s kitchen, two wine cellars, a pool, a summer kitchen with a pizza oven, two garages, seven bedrooms, and 12 bathrooms.
According to Birdman’s realtor, Brett Harris, “It’s too much home for him.” We’re actively pursuing other properties [in South Florida] for him now,” said the real estate agent.
Birdman isn’t the first hip-hop star to live in the home. Back in 2010 producer Scott Storch lost the home in foreclosure.
Maybe he can use the money from the sale of his home to pay Lil Wayne and Jaz Prince what he reportedly owes.
