Black Girls Rock 2011 Airs This Sunday!

There's no doubt about it, ALL girls rock!  However for the second year in a row "Black Girls Rock" celebrates and honors some of the most exceptional women of color in entertainment, sports, politics, community service and business.  Co-hosted by the very talented Tracee Ellis Ross and Regina King.

This fabulous show is one, not to miss.  Jam packed with the spirit of sisterhood, encouragement and live performances it's the ultimate feel good show.  Memorable performances and appearances include the likes of Mary J Blige, Taraji P Henson, Tatyana Ali, Jill Scott, Pastor Shirley Caesar, Erykah Badu, Elle Varner, Mary Mary, Tichina Arnold, Melonie Fiona and much more!

Founder, CEO and Executive Producer of BLACK GIRLS ROCK!, Beverly Bond, took to the stage to share her foundation's mission and talk about the progression of the movement since its inception and humbly stated, "I am proud that BLACK GIRLS ROCK! is now at the forefront of a movement INSPIRING ALL women of color to take charge of our images, our dignity and our impact on the world."

Closing out the inspirational evening, was Grammy Award-winning singer Mary J. Blige, who wowed the audience with her performances of fan-favorites "My Life" and "Just Fine."
