When I first moved here to Lake Charles in 2001, I was told to not eat Boudin. Unfortunately the person who told me this was not the likeliest source to be getting this information from. I am glad that I didn't listen to him and from our first company outing. I have been a Boudin fan every since.

Well this Saturday get ready for the infamous Boudin Wars coming to Sulphur inside the Brimstone Museum Complex 900 South Huntington Street. The event is only $10.00 and you'll have the chance to sample different flavors of Boudin fixed from various recipes and chefs from all over. I think it would be safe to say that you could almost skip breakfast, because the lunch you'll receive there will carry you throughout the day.

Bouidin Wars:

Also the Stars and Stripes in the park Classic Car Show that will also be going on along with the Boudin Wars and is free. Make sure you get your tickets today for this great cultural event here.
