Cardi B has had one wild week. On Friday (Dec. 7), she appeared in Queens criminal arraignment court on misdemeanor charges stemming from an alleged club assault and was issued orders of protection from the judge presiding over the case.

The court appearance saved her from having a warrant issued for her arrest, after she missed her previous court date. The "Be Careful" rapper is facing charges of misdemeanor reckless endangerment and assault, stemming from an altercation at Angels Gentlemen’s Club back on Aug. 29. During the hearing, the judge served the rapper with orders of protection, which would prohibit her from coming in contact with the accused, reports CBS New York.

She was released without bail, despite opposition from the prosecution who wanted a bail set at $2,500, and ordered to return for another hearing on Jan. 31.

Cardi was initially booked in October on the charges stemming from the alleged fight at the Queen's strip club. The Bronx rapper and her entourage are accused of throwing bottles, chairs and even a hookah pipe at two bartenders in the club. The bartenders, Baddie G and Jade, claim the assault was ordered by Cardi who believed Jade had slept with her husband Offset.

Earlier this week, Cardi announced she and Offset had split up after one year of marriage, causing a big fan reaction.

On a positive note, Cardi also learned she is up for five 2019 Grammy Awards at the upcoming show. She got the good news while leaving court.
