OK this has gotta be the craziest reasons to file a lawsuit I've ever heard of.  AllHipHop reports a Charlotte, North Carolina news station WBTV did a story on a local woman suing rapper 2Chainz for calling her, a “Thot.”  Though it is a disrespectful name to call anyone, trying to sue someone, much less a very rich and famous someone over just that...is a bit much.  On top of that, she says she didn't hire a lawyer and is simply going to represent herself!  WT?????

Christine Chisholm took her story to WBTV and during an "on air" interview she gave up all the details surrounding her case.  Peep the video below and hear why she thinks she has a strong enough case to sue the rapper for $5 million.

Bless her heart.  I am so sorry, but I seen the video and she absolutely could've have avoided the entire situation by not going back stage in the first place.  She made matters worse when she didn't leave once she seen, she wasn't who they thought she was.  On top of that, she disrespected herself when she said, she would be the person they thought she was for the day!  They told her she was being recorded and instead of leaving right then, she looked into the camera an told people to follow her??  To make matters worse, she didn't even know who 2Chainz was!

I can go on, but you've got to see this for yourself.  See the full video below.  Let us know what you think.  Does Christina have a legit case?  Do you think she can get Chainz to pay-up $5 million for embarrassing herself?  Wow.

Chisholm says since the video has gone viral her life hasn't been the same.  I can imagine and I really do feel bad for her.  A lot of times these young girls put themselves in bad situations and don't really know how to get themselves out.  She was probably so embarrassed, she didn't know what to do.  It is very unfortunate.  However, she could've been rapped or killed.  Being called a Thot, is far better than coming up missing.

She put herself in an incredibly dangerous situation, especially given the fact that she was by herself.   She's actually very lucky that these were some decent guys and that Chainz recognized she didn't belong back there and asked her to leave.  If anything, he did her a favor.  This is absolutely no shade.  I'm not taking sides either, because at the end of the day, we all make mistakes.  I can think of several things I wish I could take back myself. 2 Chainz didn't have to call her a name and they didn't have to record the incident, or put it on the internet.

Very sad situation.  For today's celeb birthdays and more, LISTEN LIVE to The Peoples Station 107 Jamz.  Tha Wire airs twice a day every weekday, at 12:50 p.m. and 3:35 p.m.
