The Amazing Spider-Man is slated to hit theaters the weekend of Independence Day! The big question is, will it uphold to the previous installments that starred Tobey Maguire?

Andrew Garfield will star as a much younger Peter Parker in the Amazing Spider-Man on July 3rd, taking the place of Tobey Maquire who starred in the 2002, 2004, & 2007 version of the Marvel franchise.  In this latest Spider-Man movie, Peter Parker played by Andrew Garfield, is still in high school.
