I truly hope this is not true.  But, a woman by the name of Christal Spann says that Chris Brown and Tyga robbed her over the weekend.  The 24 year old fan claims that Chris snatched her iPhone while they were outside a Miami nightclub this past weekend and drove off with it.

According to TMZ, a police report claims “she followed Chris and Tyga out of Cameo nightclub early in the morning ... and snapped a picture of Chris getting into his Bentley.  Christal told cops ... Chris allegedly, got upset when he seen her snap the picture on her camera phone and then allegedly grabbed it through the car window, saying, "B*tch, you're not gonna put that on the Internet."

A rep for the Miami Beach PD is saying, no arrests have been made and no warrant has been issued yet but the incident is under investigation.  This comes right on the heels of WWE wrestler CM Punk challenging Brown to a "beat down" and a bunch of Twitter drama behind him performing and winning a Grammy.

Again, I hope he's not that dumb, because this could be bad news for Chris.  After all, he’s still on probation and one of the terms is that he obey ALL laws.  If officials determine the allegations against him are true, his probation could be revoked and he could be looking at a automatic for four years.  The incident is being defined as a “Robbery by sudden snatching,” according to the Miami Beach Police Department’s incident report.

TMZ also reports the LA District Attorney's Office is now keeping a close eye on Brown and is waiting to see what action, if any, the L.A. County Probation Department is taking. Meanwhile, Chris is letting his lawyer, Mark Geragos, deal with the Florida State's Attorney's Office.'  That being said, a rep from his camp said, "He will do whatever his attorney asks him to do.  He is no longer in Miami, but if he needs to return for any reason, he certainly will.  Chris has nothing to hide."

As I said as of late, he's been dealing with a lot of Twitter drama.  The latest being, writer and comic Kevin Seccia, who offered $1,000 for the first person to 'beat up the singer.'  Posting in a recent blog, Chris Brown is a horrible human being, he does not even pretend to be sorry for having brutally assaulted and threatened to kill a woman.  I will pay the $1000 prize to 'the first person to deliver proof that they hit Brown with 'at least two solid punches."  Obviously, some people are really salty about the fact that he's has bounced back and doing good.

Meanwhile, RadarOnline reports today, that Chris has stated that he's done nothing wrong and that he's hopeful that the evidence and true facts of the case will come to light.

Ironically, while some people continue to mock him and are still looking for Chris to pay for his mistake.  And while they refuse to get over it, Rihanna has....... forgiven him.  As a matter of fact, he was invited and attended her birthday party recently.  On top of that, their making music together again.  Dropping not one but two singles this week!
