CPSO Searching for Women Who Made Fraudulent Charges to Debit Card
The Calcasieu Parish Sheriff's Office is searching for women seen in surveillance photos after making several fraudulent charges to a victim's lost debit card.
According to a media release, detectives received the complaint on September 11, and after speaking with the victim, they learned the debit card was lost "around August 16". Detectives then learned the card was used multiple times to make fraudulent purchases at a grocery store located on Highway 171 in Lake Charles. Surveillance photos were obtained of the suspects being dropped off in a white F-150 and later leaving in a small red SUV.
Anyone with information regarding the identity of the women in the photos is asked to contact CPSO lead Detective Edward Curol at 491.3725.
