Currensy Welcomes a Baby Boy
A week after releasing Fetti, his long-anticipated joint album with Freddie Gibbs, Curren$y has yet another reason to celebrate this November.
As revealed during a series of Instagram posts last night (Nov. 6), the former XXL Freshman shared the news that he and his partner have officially welcomed their first child together, a baby boy.
“Now let’s go lowriding,” Spitta shared, captioning a photo of him, his son and his girlfriend from a hospital room.
Later, the New Orleans rapper shared two other posts showcasing how he’s a natural when it comes to welcoming daddy duties. He shared a video of himself holding his son, Cruz, writing “Schooling my son on day one.” He also gave a sneak peak of what the baby’s room looks like, posting a photo of two of his friends helping decorate and hang up letters that spell out the name Cruz.
Curren$y and his girlfriend announced the pregnancy back in August, later revealing they were expecting a baby boy.
Congrats to the couple on welcoming their first child together!
