28 Injured After Intoxicated Driver Plows Truck Through Crowd On Endymion Parade Route [VIDEO]
Authorities say 25-year-old Neilson Rizzuto was intoxicated when he crashed his truck into a crowd—injuring 28 people—at the Endymion parade on Saturday night in New Orleans.
Rizzuto was arrested on the scene as EMS workers scrambled to assist those who were hurt in the accident that witnesses described as "horrific."
