Unfortunately when I did this interview with C- Loc on yesterday. Who knew that only a few hours later, an artist who we both knew pretty well would be killed. Racked Up Ready was an artist who C- Loc took under his wing and mentored in the music game and featured him on several tracks and music over the past few years. I would like to dedicate this interview to his memory.

C-Loc is a legend in the game. The same way DJ Screw was instrumental to the sound of  Houston, Loc is that guy when it comes the gritty hip hop sound of Baton Rouge. I have known C-Loc for a minute and can call this guy a friend from day one. We have always talked music and I have always wanted to let the world know about his music and his legacy.

On yesterday that opportunity came and C- Loc came through to talk about his music some artist that you he discovered that you may have heard of and you can even meet his sons who you may hear in the background. Check out the interview below.

So there you have it. I hope you are a little more familiar with his stylings and the man himself. You can follow him on Twitter and of course get all of his music from the 90's til today on I-Tunes. Props to the homie for stopping by and check out one of his most recent videos below.
