Florida Teen Saves Life of Police Officer Who Arrested Him [VIDEO]
According to Yahoo News, 17-year-old Jamal Rutledge saved the life of a Florida police officer who arrested him, and he’s being honored for it.
Rutledge was sitting in the Fort Lauderdale Police Department in hand cuffs when Officer Franklin Foulks fell from his seat to the floor. Rutledge who was arrested and was being booked for violating juvenile probation, kicked the locked security fence and yelled to get the attention of other officers who came to the aid of Officer Foulks.
